What's the science behind HypnoHIITS, Why does it work?

We’ve all heard that thoughts become things. But what does that really mean?

The answer lies deep in our subconscious. When we have thoughts, neurotransmitters (our body’s chemical messengers) facilitate our body’s responses to those thoughts and translate them into feelings and perceptions. These can be either negative feelings or positive feelings.

This is the science behind how powerful our thoughts can be. So, how can we make this science work for us? Our cells are the breeding ground for creating change, and with the right tools, we can make the changes we want to see in our lives.

The scientific word for training your brain like this is neuroplasticity. When applied to our limiting beliefs and subconscious thoughts around food and weight, the results can be immediately effective and long-lasting. You have the power to change your habits and identify your triggers all through Rapid Transformational Therapy.

What's the difference between Suggestion therapy and Rapid transformational Therapy?

Suggestion therapy is based around positive affirmations, the mind responds to what you think, and also learns by repetition. The more you change what you say to yourself on a daily basis the more likely you are to change habits and behaviour. Suggestion therapy is extremely powerful

however for some people who have a more deep rooted reason for having a presenting problem, Rapid Transformation Therapy helps people understand how or why they created it or require it.

We form beliefs about ourselves from a very young age, these beliefs stay with us, and let’s be honest – the stuff we say to ourselves as children is not generally valid as adults. We upgrade our laptops and phones all the time, but our mind is mostly running the same programme.

RTT allows you review, to understand, then let go or upgrade limiting thoughts, beliefs or habits that aren’t relevant anymore. And give you a new programme which is more focused around what you want now.

How soon will I start seeing results?

HypnoHIITS is a combination of 3 elements, mind body and food, everybody is different in the way they respond, some people notice a difference in mindset and choices instantly, some can take the full 21 days to really see the effects physically.

Remember this is not a diet, this is a life choice, the more you listen and continue with the programme the better the effects will be.

How often should I weigh myself?

If you would like to keep track of your success we advise to take your measurements rather than weigh in, weight can vary so much which is misleading and can be destructive if you are reactive and self sabotage. Remember muscle weighs more than fat, go with how you feel in yourself and your clothes.

If I buy one package, would it be ok to do with my partner?

Yes, provided you purchase a downloadable audio/HIITS package. The suggestion audios for all types of eaters could be listened to either together or separately. You could train and cook together and experience the whole 21 day programme effectively for the cost of one person.

This would only apply for the downloadable suggestion audios, the workshop and one to ones would be one person per purchase.

How often should I listen to the audio and does it matter what time?

You should listen to your audio everyday, some people like to listen when they go to bed. This is fine, it’s also fine if you fall asleep as your subconscious mind never sleeps and will still take in all the information.

You may listen to the audio whenever you like, if you prefer to listen in the morning or even more than once at day this really is up to you. Just ensure you are in a relaxed place where you can take in all the information. Never listen to your audio while driving.

Can I use HypnoHIITS to help me carry on with any other diet programme?

You can use this programme alongside any other programme however we do not feel it is required. Most of our Hiit’ers have tried every diet out there and had little long term success. We have combined this formula of mind, exercise and healthy alternatives to aid you to live a normal balanced sustainable lifestyle. You’ll notice that after no time at all the choices you are making are better because you want to, it will be easy and effortless as you will be fully equipped. The audio’s created are especially tailored to what type of eater you are, so there is key language used which will make the transition easier.

What programme should I use if I've experienced trauma and I'm a little scared about the hypnosis part?

I would love to see you for a face to face session, but appreciate that this is not always affordable. I personally would not recommend the group session as I will be working with up to 15 people in the session, although you are in a safe environment, when dealing with PTSD this requires one to one care.

This is carefully created suggestions based audio, which is all future related so you can know you are safe in doing so.

I don’t know what type of eater I am? what shall i do?

This can be the case, if so the most popular package covers all types of eaters for a small price difference. I would suggest listening to the one you first mostly relates to for 21 days, then depending on how you have responded you can then listen to others or continue with the one you are having benefits from.

What happens if I miss a day of the audio?

We advise that you listen to the audio for 21 days constantly, the mind can take up to 21 days to change a habit, so its very important that you listen to the audio. If you miss a day, just add another day on so you are listening for 21 days still.

Can I continue with the audio after the 21 days?

Yes, we suggest you listen to the audio every 2-3 days, or regularly. This is not compulsory but most of our Hitter’s enjoy the audio and it keeps them positive and motivated so they continue listening when they want to.

Are there vegetarian or vegan alternatives?

Yes we have vegan and vegetarian options in our recipes, we are constantly adding to our menus and encourage you to share also.

What food alternatives are you offering with your recipes

This is not a diet, the alternative food choices are based around non processed foods, dairy, wheat and sugar.

We provide healthy tasty recipes which are full of flavour and don’t pile on the pounds using ingredients which are better for your body to digest and less calorific.

With the 21 day HIITS workouts can anyone do them? I'm extremely unfit or have a health condition?

The HIITS programmes are for all levels of fitness and our trainers will always offer alternative exercises for each level of fitness. If you are pregnant or have a sports injury then please consult your doctor. We do not advise this programme if you are pregnant.

Will the 20 mins HIITS a day be enough, I'm used to training, how do I know the intensity will be enough for me?

The 20 mins HIITS workouts are as hard or easy as you make them, if you don’t feel challenged enough you can do more classes a day. Once you have the programme you can revisit the workouts whenever you like.

I don't need therapy, I just want to be motivated to train and kickstart back into healthy eating. Do you have a package that suits me?

Yes, we have a mindset audio which is tailored just for motivation, fitness and energy. We do mention about making healthy food choices that fuel your body, to become fit, strong and lean. This audio goes really well with the HIITS package.
