“I'm half way through this HypnoHIITS course and I'm loving it. Tina is lovely and very supportive as are all the other members of the group. HITT classes are on every morning but as I was unable to join in I get them emailed to me to do later in the day. I have intentionally not weight myself but I know that I have already lost weight. I feel better, lighter and I wake up full of energy. My relationship with food has changed and I'm able to refuse unhealthy food without feeling deprived.
