Your brain needs fatty acids, such as omega-3 and -6, to work well. Avoiding fats will affect your feelings in the long run, so you need to eat foods that help your brain.

When choosing food, avoid those that list trans fats or partially hydrogenated oils in the ingredients. These fats aren’t going to be good for your health in the long run. Find the best fats in foods like oily fish, nuts, poultry, olive and sunflower oils, and dairy products.
