The 3 Components of the HypnoHIITS programmes

The success of the HypnoHIITS weight-loss programmes falls down to their holistic approach which addresses your mental wellbeing, your physical fitness and your subconscious relationships with food. The mind may not be a muscle, but you still need to make sure that it is exercised to achieve overall health.

There’s a reason why our HypnoHIITS programmes run for 21-days; it takes 21 days to form a new habit.

With the transformational audio provided with all of the 21-day programmes, these new habits will be hardwired into your subconscious while you follow the high-intensity interval training regimes and enjoy the healthy new food choices provided through our recipes.

Once the healthy habits have formed through action and belief, they will have long-lasting effects and you’ll find that the factors which held you back before are a thing of the past.

We run a variety of different programmes, but each programme will include downloadable mindset audio and personal physical training. The mindset and personal training audio combined help to motivate clients mentally and physically, making the results desired easily achieved.

Mind

Whichever HypnoHIITS programme you choose, you’ll find that the biggest change you notice after the 21-day programme is the change to your mindset. Because even if you hit your target weight and achieve your body goals, that doesn’t guarantee body confidence. For that to happen, you will need to challenge negative self-talk which your subconscious is always relaying to you – whether you are aware of those blocks or thoughts or not.

Most unhealthy eating habits such as binge eating form as a direct result from trauma or other negative life experiences. The main aim of RTT is to get to the root of the trauma and to show you that you’re not worthy of the negative self-talk and you deserve to love the skin that you’re in.

Exercise and diet are incredibly important when it comes to weight control, but when you start to take care of your body, you’ll notice several other benefits.

The high-intensity interval workouts which HYPNOHIITS developed as part of the 21-day programme allows you to burn excess calories, improve your fitness level, strengthens your muscle groups and boosts your energy levels and your cardiovascular endurance. Being fit means so much more than looking good on Instagram!

By kickstarting your healthy relationship with exercise through the HypnoHIITS programme, regular exercise won’t seem as daunting or draining. What You Eat

Before many of our clients are introduced to rapid transformation therapy, they are unaware that there are more feelings and emotions than just being full and being hungry when it comes to food.

There are many different factors which can feed into how we think of food, hunger and fullness.  Many people have incredibly personal reasons why they form unhealthy eating habits, which is why it simply doesn’t work to copy what others do, count calories to lose weight or follow fad diets.

It is never about what you eat, it is about WHY you eat and what the ROLE of weight is in your life. 80% of people struggling with obesity and being overweight have been emotionally, mentally or physically abused at some point in their life. The abuse or adverse life experiences can both happen in childhood and manifest as binge eating disorders years later, or the events can be recent occurrences which can cause PTSD.

What You Eat

As Susie Orbach wrote in 1978 in her book ‘Fat Is a Feminist Issue’

“If you continually diet, you are putting your body in a quasi-famine situation. It slows your metabolism down and breaks the thermostat. Diets don’t work. They don’t help you understand why you’re eating more than your body wanted in the first place”

Decades later, Orbach’s text is not only still relevant, but it is more essential than ever.

Know Your Eating Type

Everyone has habits – especially when it comes to food – becoming mindful of your eating habits and eating type is the first step to empowering yourself to live healthily.

There are four main categories of unhealthy eating types, comfort eaters, sabotage eaters, delusional eaters and sugar addict eaters. If you find yourself falling into one of the categories, remember, habits can be made and broken in 21 days. The root causes of habits may have been first planted years or decades ago, and they may not always be obvious – that is where our support comes in.

Comfort Eaters

A comfort eater is someone who turns to food to deal with loneliness, boredom, stress, anxiety and unhappiness. The idea of comfort food is different to everyone; however, comfort foods can be defined as any food which evokes a pleasurable state when eaten such as nostalgia-inducing home-cooked food or foods high in saturated fat and sugar.

One of the most popular comfort foods is pizza, which isn’t just enjoyable to eat, it also triggers ‘happy’ chemicals in our brain. As pizza lovers get a sense of satisfaction and feel rewarded when they eat pizza, this will leave comfort eaters less inclined to try a healthy option for dinner.

Emotional Eating

Sabotage Eaters

Sabotage eaters can start out with the best intentions when it comes to improving their lifestyle through healthy eating and exercise, however, patterns of self-sabotage can start to manifest.

‘Failing’ at a diet will leave those looking to get fit and healthy feeling worse than they started; regardless of the progress made.

We don’t believe in diets, but we do believe in helping people to achieve their goals and live happy and healthy. This process starts by helping sabotage eaters to realise the cause of their sabotage eating patterns.

Sabotage eaters frequently believe that their habits are due to weakness, but food and nutrients play such a complex role in our bodies and behaviour, it isn’t your mind which has a say in how you feel about food.  Allowing your blood sugar to drop when dieting can result in a ravenous form of hunger which leads people to reach for foods which are high in sugar, saturated fat and carbohydrates.

Angry Eating

Delusional Eaters

Delusional eaters often feel frustrated at their lack of progress when it comes to weight loss. If medical causes such as thyroid problems aren’t the issue, delusional eating may be the cause.

Generally, delusional eaters will pair healthy foods with unhealthy foods and wonder why they aren’t losing weight. It is worth noting that being a consciously healthy eater has been made harder and harder with brands selling unhealthy ‘diet foods’. There are also plenty of misconceptions around dieting, such as believing that salad with plenty of salad dressing or mayo is healthy or eating pizza with vegetables counts as a healthy balanced meal.

Habitual Eating

Sugar Addicted Eaters

Plenty of unhealthy eating habits revolve around the addiction to preservatives or sugar; sugar may seem harmless in comparison to other addictive substances, but the impact it can have on our bodies can be just as detrimental.

Sugar addiction can lead to binging behaviour to avoid sugar crashes which will inevitably come without regular dopamine-boosting sugar fixes. The more sugar you eat, the more you will crave it. Breaking the cycle can be difficult, but it isn’t impossible, sugar addiction can be a thing of the past in as few as ten days.
