I have been in sports and fitness for over 30yrs, I trained as a track field athlete as well as judo and Kung fu martial arts.

I have been a personal trainer for over 12 years and I specialise in 1-2-1 sport specific training for individuals that are looking to get the edge in their chosen sport.

Fitness and teaching fitness has always been my passion and I am driven by results so I always strive to learn more to deliver great sessions.
